NewYork-Presbyterian is hiring a per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to work day shifts at NewYork-Presbyterian/The One, a newly opened ambulatory care facility at 1111 Westchester Avenue in White Plains, New York. The facility opened in September 2025 and offers adult and pediatric care under one roof, with Columbia physicians leading its multidisciplinary practice.

CRNAs at the site provide anesthesia and analgesia to adult and pediatric patients within an Anesthesia Care Team model, working alongside surgical teams. Procedures include robotic surgery, general surgery, orthopedics, pediatrics, and endoscopic cases. The caseload is described as manageable and consistent, centered mainly on routine procedures and pediatric work.

The position is scheduled on day shifts only, with no weekends, holidays, or on-call duties, and offers flexible scheduling. Because all roles require on-site presence, employees must live within a commutable distance of the hospital, and travel expenses are not reimbursed.

Preferred qualifications include at least one year of experience as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP or DNAP). Required qualifications include nurse anesthetist certification, a Master of Science in Nursing, a current New York State RN license or willingness to obtain one, and BCLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
