This permanent opening is with a large, established anesthesia team that covers two hospitals in Central Florida. Full-time, part-time, and PRN arrangements are available, and newly graduated nurse anesthetists are welcome to apply.

Compensation is listed at roughly $220,000 to $240,000 depending on experience, with PRN work paid at about $150 per hour. A start bonus of up to $45,000, an annual retention bonus of $15,000 to $20,000, and relocation help of up to $10,000 are also offered, along with a $3,000 yearly continuing education allowance.

Scheduling is flexible and self-directed, with several shift lengths to choose from, and there is no traditional overnight call.

Cases span a wide range of specialties, including cardiac, trauma, neurological, vascular, orthopedic, spine, ENT, GI, and general surgery. Obstetric and pediatric anesthesia are not part of the role.

Paid time off is 320 hours during years one through three and rises to 360 hours starting in year four.

Applicants must hold NBCRNA certification and either hold a Florida APRN license or be able to obtain one. The employer does not offer visa sponsorship.
