Full details
The schedule is 8-hour days, 07:00 to 15:00. A facility is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for locum tenens coverage to meet a current staffing need. The role is a CRNA-only practice that uses EPIC for electronic medical records.
The caseload is broad and mostly routine, including bread-and-butter anesthesia, podiatry, endoscopy, and a small amount of pediatric, obstetric, eye, urology, and orthopedic work. Regional techniques are part of the expected work, such as adductor canal, TAP, iPack, interscalene, and lower extremity or popliteal blocks, with very few pectoral nerve blocks.
Call is required every other night and on weekends. Credentialing takes approximately 60 days, and a current license is needed to begin that process.
