The schedule is 10-hour shifts. Providers can choose either W2 or 1099 engagement, and the 1099 pay terms are handled directly with the client.

Compensation includes a base salary of $315,000, an hourly rate of $200 for any overtime or extra call coverage, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation support may be negotiated, and student loan repayment or forgiveness options are mentioned.

Anesthetists work as part of a team alongside an anesthesiologist supervising their care, covering a broad mix of procedures such as eye surgery, foot and ankle work, urology, retina, plastic surgery, gastrointestinal, and gynecologic cases. Experience performing one's own regional nerve blocks is appreciated but not mandatory.
