This per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist position is based at St. Joseph Health College Station Hospital in College Station, Texas. The 167-bed facility, which includes a Level III Trauma unit, aims to provide a healing environment, with physicians across many specialties such as cardiology, neurology, and orthopedics.

Case assignments cover cardiovascular, neurological, orthopedic, pediatric, and urology procedures. The role involves delivering full anesthesia care across surgical cases, completing pre-anesthesia assessments and securing informed consent, and planning anesthetic approaches with patients. The CRNA would also manage induction, maintenance, and emergence, track patients' physiological status and intervene when needed, and help with departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates must hold a current registered professional nursing license and have graduated from an accredited nurse anesthesia program. Certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists is required. The listed pay rate is $160 per hour.
