“$30,000 SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE** Park Nicollet is looking to hire a CRNA to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) teams!” — as posted by HealthPartners - $30,000
Full details
A $30,000 sign-on bonus is available for this CRNA opening at the ambulatory surgery center team at Park Nicollet. The hire would join a group of CRNAs at the Burnsville surgery center, which serves patients from infancy into their nineties across four same-day surgery centers and twelve operating rooms, with the organization still expanding. Patients must satisfy strict criteria for ambulatory care.
Anesthesia is delivered for a broad mix of procedures, including joint, blood vessel, reconstructive, ear-nose-throat, general, gynecologic, eye, and urologic surgery, single-level spine work, and laparoscopy. The pace is brisk and varied. CRNAs practice alongside anesthesiologists and are regarded as trusted, empowered members of the care team. The role centers on giving safe analgesia and anesthesia under anesthesiologist or physician supervision, and it includes resuscitation support across the hospital. The CRNA is also expected to understand the goals of the health system and its department and to help meet them.
The position is 0.6 FTE on weekday day shifts of eight hours, Monday through Friday, with no nights, holidays, or weekends. Occasional travel to alternate sites according to rotation is expected.
Candidates need graduation from a nursing program and from an anesthesia school, a current Minnesota RN license, and certification by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists, or eligibility for it for new hires. Credentialing under National Committee for Quality Assurance standards is required, along with effective communication, knowledge of growth and development across ages, and BLS provider status from the American Heart Association. A master's degree in anesthesia or a related field is preferred, as are professional organization involvement and computer keyboarding skills.
The employer offers a competitive benefits package for eligible roles, covering medical and dental insurance, a retirement program, paid time away from work, insurance choices, tuition reimbursement, an employee assistance program, and an onsite clinic.
